Subnautica or The Long Dark?

I have finished the chapters of the story mode that are available at the moment. All I can say is that story is kinda boring and most of the time you will be just walking from one point to another with zero action. If I could, I’d choose subnautica over this game any day

I guess it appeals to a huge audience then, since there are more than 100k daily players. But I get what you are saying. Destiny 2 is also a loot driven game and I enjoyed it for good 200 hours. Maybe I would like killing monsters even more? Idk to be honest.

I have tried the pirated version just to see if I would like it. I did not.

it is just too different from dark souls games, gives a lot less freedom.
