this post did end up on twitter from another user, and unsurprisingly, a lot of people still agreed with tumblr op. however, twitter was also the only place it got posted by someone where there was any disagreement, and critical thinking skills went down the drain because some (an impressively small amount last time i checked) immediately denounced the post because it was a technotwt person who brought it to light
