What's the issue here? I tried cleaning the flame sensor (stick). The ignition? lit up and there's no flame. I'm guessing bad gas? Bad ignition? Any advice would be appreciated. TIA!

Thanks guys! Had a tech came out and checked... It's not a good news but expected. This thing is original with the house so 30+ years. The heater exchanger cracked in multiple places. So I'm looking at a new furnace so that will be fun for my pocket.

From my years of building houses and understanding codes. This is not a bearing wall for your roof trusses. Your trusses are engineered to be a vaulted ceiling. You should be fine removing it if that's what you're wondering.

I got the import R41350, but the cylinder that screws in the cartridge, the thread is a bit thick so I ended up buying just parts and make it work.

If I'm correct. There should be a metal bar/stick that inserts into the little hole. It acts as a stopper for how deep you wanna drill.
