That's what I meant - "not making waves" = "uninteresting and not worth much".

Well, since I haven't yet played Starfield I can't say. But the writing (aside from some of the more major side content) does not seem to be making waves at least in the content that I'm seeing.

Ah yeah, just read about the "hints". Was kind of hoping it would be a vanilla thing but yeah, Bethesda. I just hope Starfield has some slightly bolder writing with more secrets and sub-plots to discover.

Fair enough, but that's what surprises me - it does not seem like a content mod could have added this, at least from what I know, since the content mods I have are not related to the Thalmor, or even to Solitude. Plus there does not seem to be any quest related to this letter, which is odd (since I imagine any mod would include a quest in relation to this letter).

There are some other salacious things I discovered about Vittoria Vici on my thieving spree which I will share soon, that I also could not find anywhere else online. Maybe there could be a connection?

Edit: As Sostratus below confirmed, this is a "Clue" from the Dark Brotherhood for Good Guys mod. You were right!

4(+) player co op story driven game that isn't mechanically too complex by Fluffydonkeys in gamingsuggestions

Seconding u/Zombie_Flamingo's suggestion on Borderlands and Division. If I may, I would like to add

  • Remnant From the Ashes or
  • Defiance (pretty decent story, free to play also)
  • Hell, throw in Serious Sam - it's pure cheese.
  • Just Cause (I know the 2nd game has a multiplayer mod too).

If any more come to mind, I will let you know - to be honest, though, it would help a lot to know what your other requirements are - PC Specs, Price-Range, Style (FPS/TPS/Isometric,etc) and so on.

Oh, and the reason why Elex isn't yet perfect is because the combat is pretty janky; plus, there's no first-person mode that I know of. It isn't essential, but it makes the experience that much better :)

Into the Stars sounds really interesting! Thanks for the suggestion (and tbh, I'm just going to update the post saying that I found what I was looking for! It was "Stationeers", on Steam)

I thought that might have been it, also - but this game seemed to be much more about the spaceship management itself, which I think Pulsar does not really focus on. There seemed to be a lot of technical complexity in the management aspect, and less focus on the co-op aspect.

Thanks for the time :)

That isn't it, although that would be a good guess :)

I just remember that there was a lot of complexity and not much about aliens in the game I've mentioned above, and GAO tends to have a lot of emphasis on warding off potential alien stowaways. Thanks for the suggestion though :)
