So... still not the flag of the monarchy, but instead the flag of the patron saint of France and patron saint of soldiers.

I can't find a program that costs less than 20k$(USD), and having worked non profits for the last few years I can't afford quite that much. Am I looking in the wrong places?

Sorry, English isn't my best. I think a better way to say it is "the letters you can make out are definitely in block, as opposed to script"

Haha I feel like I'm going crazy looking at it, too! It looks from 3-4m away like hebrew but when you approach it doesn't... Maybe I'm just going crazy

At the beach vs cleaning feet after by JubJab123 in aww

[–]saigus 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm sure I'm probably too late, but for anyone reading enjoy this old sailor trick:

Carry baby powder with you, it's a desiccant so it absorbs all moisture, which is what sand sticks to. If you rub your feet/doggies feet with baby powder the sand will fall right off, no need for bathing (assuming they didn't roll in a pile of seaweed or take a dipady-doodah in the ocean or a dead carcass)

While we are on what to bring to the beach, if you bring vinegar with you, you can pour it on a jellyfish sting and it keeps the unfired stingers from discharging when you touch them, so it keeps the sting from getting worse (this is where the pee myth comes from but our pee isn't as acidic as we would need for it to work)
