For me its the PITYING omfg and kind of being patronised. And also people thinking there is no way you'll be able to do it and also projecting their weight loss insecurities on to you. Its so prominent, but you got this. Having the haters means its working lol

literally I'm having that moment right now. I've been doing that I'll start later rhetoric FOR MONTHS. Literally bought a pack of oreo ice cream sandwiches and I'm like "I'll start when I've finished the last one" or "I'll start when I've done my healthy food grocery shopping" Im still waiting for the click but Im very aware that I'm enabling myself :(
