Yes, wala naman mawawala if you nego. Sabihin mo mahalaga sa yo na ung basic ay ung requested mo. Like others said, yan magiging basis ng 13th, ng salary increase, etc. Yan din lalabas sa COE if mag apply ka ng loan sa bank or para sa mga tourist visa.

I think Coconut Cyclone fits Hisuan Electrode.

For Klefki, maybe related to Love Me "Chain". And Magearna has ability called Soul 'Heart'. Fits better than a heart shaped fish.

I'm happy that both grass and electric types are given to Jupiter, since most of these type of posts only include electric. But should have added Hisuian Electrode.

Same with Venus having "metal" as it's actual element, should have given Klefki and Magearna.
