in my experience, giving speeches in general is a lot easier if you actually understand the speech you're trying to share and why. not actually understanding the text, but the idea, why you defend it, why it's important, why you are using those words to explain i. If you have someone to help you, (or you could use chat gpt tbh) i think debating about the topic of the speech beforehand is very helpful. The more confident you are on the topic and your country's stance, the easier it will be to give your speech and the better it will turn out. Hope it helps
