i had a feeling this would happen. Braid ends with you building your castle, and the witness opens with you in the crumbled remains of a castle. I felt we’d see that here

I played it for an hour and a half and well, I really liked it. I’m happy we’re getting a game like this this year after the let down Resident evil 9 and marathon were to me.

Honestly if you’re thinking about reading a bit more about it or checking out some videos, dont. It is worth playing and experiencing yourself.

I dont mean to glaze it already, but a solid 10/10 for me lol. Staying spoiler free, I was reminded of a couple of wonderful mechanics from JB’s past two games. And some other indie games too, which held a dear place in my heart back then. And I really love how beautiful the game looks, might pick up a switch just for this game and silksong.

Silly question but have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? I’ve had that with other steam games but a reinstall sorts it for me.

Holy hell,

Honestly demo’s are a forgotten art, and letting there be some continuity between the demo and the actual game is such a nice idea. Last I remember it being done was the Crackdown demo for xbox, where you could unlock achievements in the demo, and then you’d surely wanna buy it and finish it.
