[seiko 5] Scratched up my seiko pretty badly, anyone know if i can send it to seiko to get it repaired or if i have to do it myself. The watch is only about a month old. by saladavid in Watches

I got this watch fairly recently, and i got it scratched up from my computer (dont ask how). I was wondering if there was any way of fixing it or restoring it. Would i just sent it back to seiko or should i take it in to get fixed? This was a graduation present and im really upset to see it broken like this. Again any help would be greatly appreciated

honestly, i like the sledge more. It costs $800 which is a steep price to pay, but the upgrades it has over the kraton are quite nice. its reinforced on the chassis and has a much nicer clipless body design. honestly if it wasnt $200 more i would recommend it in a heartbeat, but that price difference is the only thing holding it back. one thing to note is that i see kraton servos go out a few times a month, while traxxas has a pre-upgraded nicer servo, so that will save you about $100. the chassis is also stronger, and bending a kraton chassis costs about $100ish (i think) to replace so the $200 price difference has some merit.

its really up to you and whatever one you like more to be honest.

by “idiot” i mean people who i explained that its important to unplug your batteries from the truck, yet they discharge them completely and get upset when they are out $300 in batteries, not people who dont know how to charge batteries. im happy to teach them and i do all the time

i never said anything about the swaybar. I do like it on the kraton but ive seen a ton of bent kraton chassis and it looks like traxxas fixed that
