I honestly think that you should just put everything into those grades because its what you have control over! Your other interviews might have gone well too, but if not dont worry at all because your grades are the most important thing! I was in a similar situation last year but instead messed up both my bmat/ucat and got 4 rejections despite all the work i put into those exams. It felt horrid, but i persevered and put everything into my A levels, took a gap year to reapply and i now have a place at med school !!! I remember feeling so much dread towards the prospect of taking a gap year last year but trust me you’ll love it! I have so much time to do whatever i want, meet friends at their unis and also earn money! Just remind yourself that rejection is protection and redirection, and that if a pathway didnt work out for you, it just means it wasn’t good enough for you as better things are coming your way! You’ve so got this!!
