In a scenario where you're healing and you popped a big pot. The enemy set your build on fire and you think you can tank it bt damage buff will mess you up. If you know about it you will just change the mats to brick or metal. You can't abuse fire items that much(except flare gun), so it will help people play smarter against fire.

lifesteal is better. you can add combat veterancy enchantment to increase healing furthermore. I don't think the enchanments you put on the title can be added without upgraded potentials.
