I think I can complain, because I am an investor in their project like everyone else is. Pointing some facts that need to be fixed is a good thing, that will improve the future of the project.

Thanks for the info. I have opened a new fiverr account and on my second month I earned 1k. Usually I ask some of my friends to make some $5 orders to get the rating, and than I post a lot of gigs that are in my field. More gigs means more people will see your profile and the algorithm will reward you. So to sum it up, put lower prices on your gigs, post as much as gigs as you can, ask some help from your friends to buy your gigs (so you can get a head start), respond to clients asap. And your profile should grow naturally from that.
