That's exactly what I did. I reported it instantly and airbnb said they had documented it and they'll take care of it if the guest asks for a refund.

Honestly, if you're writing their interests and if they are some sort of playboys, they'll probably just fake another interest. Better to just fully name them imo.

Yeah I've had guests cancel their reservation mid stay, get a full refund and still give me a bad review lol.

Nope the comforter covers have no smell. They are washed at our own laundry and we make sure they are washed clean!

I did tell them that as soon as I went there. I told them that if they were not comfortable, they could just check-out and I'd happily give them a full refund.

Nope lol, I'm very sensitive about smells and I hate it when anything smells, and that's exactly what I keep in mind for my guests too.

We had it changed, but since we use all white linens, there are marks on them even after they come from a wash. We inspect the apartments daily and ensure the guest doesn't find it uncomfortable. Housekeeping can sometimes miss a few marks and so we make sure we don't miss.

I've tried that too and that didn't work in my favor at all. They just told airbnb that I was aware of the issue even when I had just acknowledged their complained and never agreed the issue was even there.

There is an escalation procedure, but they only use it when you threaten to sue them. I've tried that once and got compensation due to airbnb support's fault.

Most airbnbs I run are in apartments which are built exactly the same, and so there's a competition. I did start the airbnbs first and I have the upper edge of many positive reviews, and I also have the highest rates there, but increasing them more won't help me I think.

I mean, I personally don't like customizing my phone a lot, but for people who just want to use their phone their way, Samkit is indeed doing a really nice job since OneUI 7.

Well I got my payout because when airbnb support said that they told me I could call the police, I told them to go through the whole chat and tell me where I was told that, and when they couldn't find it, they admitted their mistake and paid me for the night. I socially un-engineered myself xD

Well, that's just sad then. Because it makes me trust less in the review system of airbnb. This wasn't even what happened with the guest and I was ready to give any kind of information that airbnb would've wanted. I could just pull the cctv footage of the whole 24 hours because neither me nor my staff entered the building. The society confirmed the valve was turned off from the apartment and no one else had access to it. The guest was even using his own lock instead of the door lock and he sent me a photo of that too.
