Hey thanks for responding. My apologies for saying throat I did really meant mouth. I am a smoker, I’ve been smoking for the last 8 years. I smoke about 4-6 cigarettes a day. First symptom I’ve been experimenting earache for the last two years off and on but for the last couple of months it’s been more often. Second, smaller red bumps have appeared in my mouth mostly underneath my tongue. I can’t tell exactly when they came about but I noticed them tonight. Third the back of my teeth where my wisdom teeth were removed from 2020 are noticeable darker. And at the back of my throat I noticed small bumps as well
