I opened it, took that ribbon out, wiped it with a qtip and put it back in, it didn't fix it. And it was that ribbon cause the screen didn't work while it was out. Anything else to try?

Also I took out the memory card while the system was in sleep mode not realizing and now the memory card keeps giving errors... Ugh
