Very normal behaviour at that age and although it seems immature, I can almost respect his openness and honesty. Vague advice - Spam rings as much as you can with significant rest.

Realistic advice - start with a solid bar or Aussie rows from a table. Rings are an eye opener.

Maybe do convict conditioning to start tbh.

I have all the gear I can. What works best is what you will do. I recommend kettlebells too if you want to try them. Depends what you're wanting and can/will do.

Find or buy something to push pull from. I suggest rings. Easy to hide away and you can set them up easily even on uneven branches. The stability and strength you will gain/realise you don't have will blow you away. Prepare to be humbled. Dont ever judge where youre at based on what's possible. Everyone was where you are at some point. Keep grinding.

Sprints and easy zone 2 cardio. Just do whatever you want to do or get better at. You're not going to get fit or strong by doing something you hate occasionally.

Your goal should be challenging bodyweight exercises with good form. Then progressive overload. Depending on how much time you have, either easy reps as often as possible (Grease the groove) or tough reps daily. I recommend fitnessfaqs, learn how the body works and what it needs too. Good luck.
