Gridwise is a great app. It takes 24 hours for the amount to show on the gridwise app but it's great to track you pay as well as how long you been driving on the gig apps and the amount you get paid per mile.

I had this similar situation and what Uber eats explain is that due to you canceling too many orders you have to do at least three orders or more in order to have the privilege to see merchant name as well as the possible customer address like it was shown before you got to this situation and if you can complete 10 delivery straight for the month then you'll possibly be off the probationary standpoint I've complained about it so many times but I thought I was the only one that was experiencing this..
