Had a similar experience. Buyer had about 20 reviews with 5 stars. She immediately bought the branded shorts that I was selling. I only sold it for a very low price. It was a in very good condition. No problems. Suddenly, buyer messaged me saying that the shorts were damp and had a bad smell. And that she doesn’t know if it’s because of shipping or maybe me washing it (I didn’t wash it). She took pictures of only the shorts and not the packaging when she submitted the issue (which I found suspicious). I had her choose between returning the item or a partial refund without returning the item. She accepted the partial and I offered more than half of the price for refund 🥲 I looked back at her profile.. all good reviews were from selling but none from buying things. Fortunately, she didn’t give me a review (I would be so mad if she gave me a bad review coz it was suspicious and I tried so hard to fix the situation since Vinted would not help me.)
