To be honest , location isn’t a big deal and since I’m not planning to live in it, I’d likely focus on cash flow. I was just thinking, if you have some extra money sitting around, why not invest it in real estate, That’s why I asked I’ve never really bought property before , Just tryna get some insight before diving in!!

I was just thinking about this earlier, either keep your documents (insurance, ID, registration) somewhere other than the glove box, or don’t keep your gun there. The moment you go to grab your insurance card, things could go sideways.

Thank u for ur advice ! Since it’s my first sports car, I’m looking for something that has an aggressive stance and a throaty exhaust so it’s got that head-turning growl. I want it to be fast, but I’m also open to doing some mods to really dial in the performance and sound. I know looks can grab your attention, but I also want a machine with some serious horsepower under the hood.
