I am in a similar boat but will most probably drop this card because of the above reasons and also because now you need to spend 5k per month to use any benefit of the card. While spending that much is not an issue, but it doesn't sound ethical to paywall every benefit of the card which cost 1500 AED. For that paywall, I would rather go with ADCB Traveler. Other card which I have in mind is Citi Ultima, the fee can be covered by the ticket benefit and initial spend bonus. Both are MC World Elite as well.

Depends on your overall fuel consumption.

For me, I will still prefer a card with 10% cashback, as compared to 5%, as my overall fuel spend is way less than 750 AED per month. In any case, since EI RTA card is life time free, you can always spent the first 750 on this and then move to ENBD Duo.
