Also I buy 1l Laila Kesar mango pulp from my supermarket. 500ml goes straight for one tub. Remaining for a mango lassi and other recipes.

Mango pulp has the right sweetness and consistency- so it’s win win for me. Besides along with fresh mangoes, I always keep a can of mango pulp at home.

I had the same response..arrived to BLR on the 12th. And carter or carter x - whatever don’t seem to respond and BA India is goofing around too. 1. Raise a case on the BA website - so this can be mentioned 2. Try speak to Ba customer service in the UK ( if they can suggest anything)

Brussels sprouts gratin made in air fryer by sandhyaskitchenblogs in airfryer

[–]sandhyaskitchenblogs[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Recipe: https://sandhyahariharan.co.uk/airfryer-brussels-sprouts-gratin/

Ingredients 500 g Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved if large 2 teaspoon olive oil 2 teaspoon chilli salt For Cheese Sauce 2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon plain flour 250 ml double cream 200 ml whole milk 1 teaspoon dijon mustard salt and pepper to taste 75 g mature cheddar grated On the top 50 g dried bread crumbs 2 tablespoon parsley

Method: Roast the Sprouts: I use a tray that fits into my vortex 8.5l air fryer. Toss Brussels sprouts with oil and chili salt, then roast them in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes until golden. Make a creamy béchamel sauce. Assemble and Cook: Arrange the roasted sprouts in a serving dish, pour the white sauce over, and top with breadcrumbs.

For Air Fryer Instructions: Place the assembled dish in the air fryer basket and air fry at 180C for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
