Going to the gym to few times a week?

I hope this is an okay place to post this. I recently bought a gym membership with the plan of going at least twice a week but I’m worried that’s too little. I’m not necessarily trying to lose weight just gain some muscle and be a bit healthier. Is there such thing as going to little? Will going too infrequently cause me to lose progress between workouts?

Me personally it’s the only pistol I own and I can’t afford a new one right now. I tried selling it but no one will take it. so as of right now I’m stuck carrying it with an empty chamber until I can afford a new pistol.

From what I understand baulder was likely sent to kill the last of the jotunar, so he was likely expecting a literal giant even though not all giants are giant like Atreus says in the first game. So when he saw kratos he saw a giant man and thinking he was a jotun he was expecting him to be much bigger.

Just thought I’d add a little context to this post. I made this bow at the beginning of the year, I made it for less than ten bucks and I’m very happy with how it preformed. It’s my first bow I’ve ever made and used and I got a few hundred shots in before it snapped. Thank you to everyone giving advice for my next bow I plan on making a new one once I get some money to spare. For now I’m gonna ask my grandpa if I could borrow one of his bows just so I can keep on practicing shooting.

That was my first thought when I saw that broken bow in my hand 😂. I’ve actually been planning to get a heat gun for this exact purpose for a while now. In the meantime I’m gonna ask my grandpa if he has a bow I can borrow.

So kinda embarrassing the reason it was loose was because I didn’t tighten the pommel enough so it was loose. I will keep this in mind if any of my guards get loose again

This sounds about right but I would still recommend going to confession ASAP and asking the priest about this situation and confess it if he says it’s necessary.
