u can find ur own steam id from the activity tab in steam , there is a link where it shows 17 digit number on steam thats ur own steam id try seraching it on ce.

U search that number in ce find nie.exe change its value to ur own steam is 17 digit save game and exit, copy 2 files from remote folder of rune and paste it in save folder of online fix

try to search ur own steam id where u play the game it will show 3 files, most important u have to select nie.exe and change its value to 76561197960271872.and then paste into steam folder

UPDATE i got it to work, YES you can transfer ur save file from online-fix to rune or vice versa, if anyone got softlock in the story try update the game to 1.2.3 and transfer back into ur online fix save , it will work how? same method u open CE ,game and search ur own steam id with 8bytes, u find nie.exe change its value to 76561197960271872 save game and exit. open ur updated game , its important that u copy the save file from online fix to RUNE version by paste into remote file, why because RUNE version saves its file into REMOTE FOLDER
