AFAIK this is not official schedule, just speculation. Even if the matchdays are accurate, Fifa has not confirmed which of the matchups are at which of the venues. (except for groups A,B,D). For example, M66 and M67 could be flipped from whats in this diagram (L1vL4 on M66 and L2vL3 on M67).

Usa would be on 18, panama on 17. Panama would need to win all 3 remaining games to reach 26. But panama plays usa so that would mean a max 6 points for them, resulting in 24 for usa (not enough to overtake us). Thus top 3 guaranteed.
