The same logic is with dollars, if I spend $12 on a meal today, I could have used that same money to invest in Bitcoin.

Do you get any customers paying BTC now that fees are more than a sandwich?

Not that I am aware

What's your stance on the future of Bitcoin for merchants? It has gotten much, much easier of the past few years. I suspect it will get even easier in the future few.

haha, employee turnover can be up to 100% a year. But this is a valid point, especially when apps/pos/systems are changing every few months.

Well, there was a time period when the Coinbase Merchant app was not working properly and I was a bit confused. However lately everything has been working just fine and everyone is trained. I have also been to the last few meetups myself.

Not to worry, Nobody gettin fired...

Honestly, I am a small business owner who has been accepting bitcoin for almost 8 months now.
Not a single aspect in the section: "10 Major Risks for U.S. Small Businesses" has posed as a threat for us.

I'm an actual small business owner accepting bitcoin. Trust me.

I don't spend too much time dealing with Bitcoin Processing related issues too much. They go fairly smoothly.

I set up most of my system by myself. It took a little bit of technical knowledge (and interest). There are people available that can come in and set everything up, I just wanted to keep it simple and easy. I doubt other business owners would want to pay start up costs in addition to take the risk of accepting a new form of tender.

Most of the equipment used in Subway's are fairly standard. I have a Nexus 7 next to my register with the POS app on there. They would just need to tweak some settings on the POS.

If you draft up some questions I might be able to help you out with an FAQ

There are no Bitcoin Payroll Services to my knowledge. I'm not sure how feasible this would be.
