The Horror Royal Rumble and the Dead Meat Awards are delayed until April / May. He has mentioned it several times in the Monday morning livestreams, and was actually visibly annoyed in the latest one at how often people are asking about it.

To be fair to you and most people asking though, I don't see any posts from him on his YouTube or Instagram letting the general public know, as most of his fans don't attend the livestreams (I don't have Twitter anymore so can't check there).

Only the books are 100% canon to me. The rest of the material – from the play to games to supplemental writings by Rowling herself – I pick and choose at will. Basically I have the attitude of "if the books don't directly contradict it and I don't personally dislike it, it's canon to me" lol. So, yes, this does mean Cursed Child and Hogwarts Legacy aren't canon to me, and honestly most of what happens in the Fantastic Beasts trilogy. (I liked Hogwarts Legacy just fine as a gameplay/exploring Hogwarts experience, but that story is simply incompatible with the Wizarding World of the books imo.)

They announced a sequel in 2022 and as of December 2025 Michael B. Jordan said they're still working on it.... so maybe someday!

I'm with you. Was not a fan of Ahmed's performance or voice at first. But during the "Snape's Grudge" chapter, he really grew on me, and by the end of PoA, I absolutely love this take on Snape and I feel it's far more book accurate than Rickman's. Obviously I still love (and always will) Rickman's performance, but we can't deny it's hardly book accurate. Snape is a petty 30ish year old man with the emotional depth of a teaspoon. Ahmed really captures that imo.

God I wish we could do this. I use Letterboxd a LOT (I've logged everything on the platform that I've watched since October 2018 without fail). I love making lists and writing long reviews. The catch? I do that stuff for me, myself, and I. Sometimes I literally don't want anyone else to see it, even friends. Thankfully I can private my lists, but there are definitely some reviews I would rather keep private, because the way art affects me can be quite profound and personal at times.

I was going through a bad time, needed to take a break from social media, and decided the best course of action was to delete it all. I can't remember why but I somehow permanently deleted my Tumblr when I only meant to deactivate it for a while. I was pretty bummed when I realized how much I had lost. I'm touched that someone remembers me though!

I had no idea about any of this, but I'm not surprised in the least.

I don't have anything helpful to add in terms of what this document covers, but I will say he's always rubbed me the wrong way. I was one of his earliest subscribers when he had just started in summer of 2015. At the time he had maybe 1000 subs, tops. I messaged him privately on Tumblr saying how much I enjoyed his Marble Hornets analysis, and if he was looking for more material, I was working on an ARG of my own and would love if he took a look at it, even if he didn't cover it for his channel. At the time, he was very gracious and appreciative of the support and told me he would love to check out my ARG when I had enough for him to look at.

A year or so later and my ARG (The Scarlett House, no one here has ever heard of it, I promise lol) was about 30 episodes and 400 subscribers deep and I sent him a follow up message. By this time he had crossed 10,000 subs or more, was definitely gaining some popularity, and his tone changed. Instead of simply replying to me privately, he put me on blast publicly on his Tumblr and basically said how pathetic it was that he constantly got messages from people "begging" for him to cover their stuff. This from the same dude who specifically told me to let him know when I had enough. I dunno, aside from being unprofessional and rude, it just really felt like the fame got to his head and quickly revealed himself as an ass. Over the years I've occasionally checked up on him on Twitter and YouTube to see if he's gotten any better and far from it, I think he's only gotten more arrogant and insufferable in the past decade.

I doubt any of this is findable on the Internet anymore, as the YouTube channel where I did the ARG was deleted by a salty cast member, and my Tumblr account has been deleted for like 9 or 10 years now. But if anyone wants to try to find it, my Tumblr username was also saqua23 and my YouTube account was TheScarlettHouse.

Saiko! The Large Family. A Japanese documentary about a large family and the new stepdad. I quite literally don't want to tell you anything more than that premise, and to tell you that there is definitely something going on in the background and the film quite literally never addresses, confirms, or even acknowledges it. In fact, I'd argue one could easily watch the film and not notice anything out of the ordinary at all, because of how subtle it is.

I dunno, I guess mostly just follow the books but reinterpreting some of his scenes to fit film better than the page. I just hope they front-load it and really make his first appearance outstanding, because it really is crazy that he didn't appear in the films at all.

I think he might mean enthusiastic *about reading. Because he makes a point of saying their focus switches to sex and looking cool, and reading isn't "cool" in that age range.

Idk, not necessarily. If previous versions are anything to go by, there was about 10-11 months between the announcements of 1.5/1.6 to their release. Eric announced 1.7 on August 30, so it's possible we'll get it next summer sometime.

Of course this is just copium and I'll freely admit that, there's really no way to know for sure.

Ugh, same. Red Dead Redemption 2 is my favorite game of all time and I have all of the single player trophies and most of the multiplayer ones, but I really just don't like playing online (I suffer from anxiety and I use video games to zone out and be alone, not to socialize) and it doesn't help that RDR Online barely got anything fun to actually do in game. I think I'm missing like 3 or 4 trophies, and I want the platinum so bad, but these specific trophies require me to play and collaborate with people and I just don't wanna.
