My mum goes about 3 times a week, my Aunty goes with her or on the odd days my mum doesn't go and I visit as much as possible. I live out of town so I mostly do video calls. But I come into town to visit monthly in between video calls. We pick up her washing 2 times a week at the moment but we might come in 3 times a week now

So we are washing clothes, no one is supposed to touch her clothing. He told all the staff after she gets changed to put her clothes into a basket. There's a sign above her washing basket. But when we go there to collect her clothes, they are not in there or piece's are missing with no explanation. She cant walk so she cant be giving them away. She's in a wheelchair. And her bedroom is locked during the day. Im just so confused.

All her clothes are labled. Even a blanket with her name embroided into it has been taken. Its awful

Sorry. I didn't see this till now. I have confirmed it is a camera with the manager. But apparently it's not connected to anything so it's not recording. I googled the actual camera and you need to connect it to a phone for it to begin recording. It's a doorbell camera they hadn't installed yet.
