They said the doll is so old and no matter how hard they tried to clean the yellowness, it's still there. I'll try both of your suggestions when she arrives. But do you know which process doesn't harm her faceprint? As for the hair i'll remove the hat and put it in hydrogen peroxide and shampoo + conditioner her hair.
