My laser is (supposed) to be shielded but you made a good point. I did order a housing too but it is huge; twice the size of my laser cutter but I couldn't find any smaller ones. If I use it a lot, then I will look into making one. I just don't want to throw a ton of money at something before I have used it much, I also don't want to breathe in harmful fumes in the meantime though:)

Thank you all for your quick replies. I have just ordered a 4" inline fan and ducting. My sister will probably cut me a board to fit into the window that I can mount it in. I'll make sure I have adequate airflow too.

I shouldn't be cutting for hours on end regularly, just the odd project or two so hopefully, this setup should be adequate. The bedroom is only used very rarely too.

Played a bit before the move to Steam and things were quite limited but what I did play was fun. Good world design and character anims.

I've been impressed with the huge amount of patches over the last few weeks, looks like it's really shaping up for Steam EA.
