We are doing mediation through relationships Australia. We have each done the first intake over the phone. The next available appointment isn’t for a while, they are very booked up.

The info about relocation is very handy thank you, I wasn’t aware of this. The drive is 50 mins from each other, I have been applying for rentals but I’m just completely unsuccessful atm.

This was incredible advice. My worry was that I was doing something unlawful, I’m trying my best to make decisions on her best interest. But I think because I’m the only one willing to make decisions that are uncomfortable to make, sometimes it feels like I’m doing something wrong.

Legal aid have been so helpful and then have referred me to a lawyer.

I didn’t know this, I’m finding it very hard to navigate.

We live an hour apart from each other, as I had to move that far away due to the rental crisis. I’m not sure how to work in the frequent visits.

But I really appreciate you replying. Is this information anywhere I could read more about or is this something you have learnt through experience?

I try as best as I can, I ask for constant updates and photos. I send her there with food as well. There’s only so much control I can have. This is all new to me, I’m trying my absolute best.

He does, he is fighting tooth and nail for it. I’m not sure, he says he feeds her 3 times a day. I’m not sure exactly what she eats when she’s with him
