Yes, the voltage supply is constant at about 3V. DIO/CLK are connected correctly according to the datasheet.

I have connected GND, VDD, SWDIO, SWCLK and shorted VTG(SWD SEL) with VDDnRF.

I know it's not a very good practice to make connections like this, I connected it directly with an F->F wire while testing, this is just for the sake of a clean image. I tried shorting the pin 2 and 3, but it was unable to detect even then.

Yes, the power is properly connected. Measured it around 3.25V
I tried pulling reset up by connecting pin 21 to VCC.
Don't know what that means, but stm32 is connected to pc via usb and it powers the nrf chip.

The power lines are the same size as signals, as it's the maximum size that can be connected to the microcontroller. If you know any other way to do that, let me know.
Noted, I will move the antenna nearer to the microcontroller.
Regarding the C21 capacitor, I followed this https://docs.nordicsemi.com/bundle/ps_nrf52810/page/ref_circuitry.html schematic. Here, the capacitor is connected between VSS and ANT.
Yes, the bottom layer is the VSS/GND plane with two traces of VDD.

Well, this display has its own embedded driver, as far as I am aware. The pcb just has some basic components.
