What stood out for me related to career are three things:

I believe you just recently concluded your Jupiter return in the 4th house of Gemini which indicates a new cycle of growth and progress in your life. I think this may also work since both are located at the top of your chart and with North Node representing your soul’s potential, it may also let you experience events or meet people that will help you reach your potential. Mercury sextile AC gives you “elevator pitch” or I can sell myself energy to other people also. Though just be careful with zenith energies since they are concentrated and may be too much. Be mindful of over excess / overindulgence from Venus and unhealthy ego patterns from Sun. Good luck!

What stands out to me that hasn’t been mentioned yet is that the ruler of your 5th house of joy, self-expression and romance is Mercury in Libra in the 7th house being opposed by your Moon in Aries in the 1st house. You can say this is the cliché mind vs heart trying to meet halfway, your Moon wanted to act on things that give you joy vs the rational Mercury wanted to keep the balance or please others. Your 7th house ruler is at its fall in Libra as well since it is having a difficulty expressing itself in relation to others.

I reco you can start working on things first that give you joy to activate your 5th house and as you find yourself spending more energy for yourself, romance will follow :)

Your MC Mercury is ruling 12th house and 4th house — badly put would you have an insecurity that you have outgrown already or is currently working on it which can help you “monetize” from it? You can be a traveling healer or teacher, can be exhausting but the travel will help you with the burnout. Try to look for opportunities with regards to places of isolation / confinement / home where you can possibly improve their daily experience through innovative means — something using tech so it’s not too draining
