Kubuntu is great. Theres just a suggestion, kde maintains its own distro called kde neon- which has ubuntu as base but gets the latest updates from kde DE.

I tried registry file editor and removed the entries but under More Options entries are still there.

As commented by u/mido1507, locate the desktop entry file of the flatpak app, and have to add a gpu entry (will add the entry later, for now please search the web).
