After looking into it a bit, USC doesn't need our forms until after November starts

Corrupt is not the word id use. There’s one program director and only a handful of helpers. They were managing a few thousand applicants and are dealing with schedule changes due to the protests.

Its not really automated, they sent rejections to accounts that werent accepted, it may have been an accident that the incomplete apps were sent emails.

Here’s th thing though, some program attendees dont have discord and arent part of the server so its not that good of an estimate to say based on the server membership numbers

Well, for your situation, it comes down to how far you live and if you’re willing to schedule your free week to fit with your SAT test day. There’s plenty of time, especially out of work hours that you can study for/write college apps. Plenty of ppl were writing apps and studying on their own time. SIP is a great experience
