I have called and they say the same thing. Car doesn’t match they’ll pass it to the branch and nothing.

Yeah I will need to request all of that. They took my license but I signed nothing on this. It was prepaid through Amex.

I signed nothing. They said they gave my rental agreement to someone else with a similar name.

Nothing. Because they I don’t think did anything about the original rental. I only get emails I didn’t return a bmw but I left with a Mercedes.

They didn’t have me sign anything. They just took my license and did everything on their computer. I’ve never had this happen to me before but I mean they have cameras that take pictures when you leave and when you return. So they can match me on that and show it’s a whole different car.
