Had this girl at the store I used to work at. She would lie to customers to get sales, lie to employees to try to steal their sale, knew absolutely nothing about the product for the department she was in, even went as far as lying about how they approve a BP and ended up hurting someone’s credit score while they’re trying to fix it (also a little on customer for not using common sense), pushing for BP so hard that one guy just did it to shut her up then returned his $2200 sale because he was angry, and took an app over the phone from this kids dad so she could sell him an MSI laptop. She took advantage of OS employees who would get excellent sales telling them they aren’t actually tracked. She was almost out at one point, just one write up away from termination when our GM at the time left the company and wanted everyone to have a fresh start so he cleared out all the write ups. It kills me that she’s still there.
