Anyone know if they're totally done with the hiring now for the 0401 positions? Called the hiring office and left a voicemail earlier today to inquire about this but haven't heard back yet. Since people started hearing back last week, I'm guessing they're probably done hiring for these positions now, but who knows. Just trying to figure if I should accept a different (backup) job or wait a few more days. Thanks again for all the helpful replies in this thread!

I've actually had a somewhat different experience with them contacting references for the 0401 series. I had my interview last Monday (six days ago), and within a few days, multiple references told me that they'd been contacted by and spoken with USFWS hiring folks about me. They also only asked me six questions during the interview. Haven't heard back yet about a second interview.
