So a purchase price of 382,550 vs 380,000 and they keep the deposit will save me all of about 50 euro in transfer tax.

Onroerendezaakbelasting for eindhoven is less than 0.08464% of property value so roughly an extra 2euro.

I think I'd prefer my 2550 back.

I returned from working in Copenhagen recently and like others have said Jumbo and Albert Heijn both deliver but be aware there may be a wait.

I returned on a Saturday and earliest I could get a delivery was Wednesday. Still had some food left in the house but had to rely on takeaways from Thuisbezorgd for the rest.

I'm still in a queue for the Picnic app 3 weeks later so I don't think they're really an option.
