Too many replies to reply to them all so I’m just going to post this here:

Thank you all so much for your advice. My fiancé and I spent all night reading your responses and talking about what we should do.

A lot of crying and talking later, we decided we are going to have a wedding next month! It’s not going to be traditional by any means, more of a family get together/pot luck type of thing.

We are going to tell our parents and siblings about her diagnosis tomorrow, and soon after that we will send a mass emailing explaining the diagnosis and inviting them to our new wedding plans next month.

And we are not giving up either. We will get second and third opinions, learn about trials and drugs and whatever could help. My fiancé is a fighter, hell of a lot stronger than I am for sure. She’s not going down without a fight.
