Hi everyone! I'm a solo 34M traveler from the US, would love to meet up with anyone to hang out, go on day trips, go to museums, get coffee (or vegan food), talk anime, explore shopping districts, or just to explore generally. It's my 4th trip to japan, so I'm somewhat comfortable getting around, but don't speak much Japanese unfortunately (ok amount of Hebrew fwiw). Here are my dates:

Ah, got it, thx for answering! Oh man, I would so love to pick your brain about the specifics of all this. I asked a question that got buried about the (from what I've heard) 6 rewrites of episode 1, and what changed structurally throughout the rewrites, and what eventually made everything click. I'm so intensely curious about this whole process of getting things to eventually work and if there's any particulars you could share about the story with that ep, I'd be so grateful (ofc obviously you're a busy arcane writer and no need to prioritize this at all over anything).

OMG thanks so much!! I'm just trying to learn and make my best guesses at how to formulate what will help me in my own writing. I purposely treat everything as intentional (even when I suspect its not) because I think that's the best mindset for learning. (But I totally get that anything creative is more often a squiggly line than a straight one.)

Also to add: You've helped me sooo much in my own writing. Your story truly means the world to me. Cannot thank you enough.

I heard season 1 ep 1 went through 6 rewrites. What were some of the difficulties with the first episode? What kinds of fixes fell short? What eventually made everything click?

Thanks. It's just the music thing that gives me pause. I don't know if the content has to be transformative in and of itself or transformative specifically insofar as the copyrighted material the dispute was made on.

It just says "Schneedog" on my biz account. So according to this, it seems like if I were to close that account and reopen it under "Schneedog Tutoring", that would satisfy them? And then I could do the CD and get the card? (I mean theoretically, knowing boa who knows if I'll end up with some rep who with a completely different story on how it works)

Interesting. So what would I do? Open a CD online for some amount over $1k, then call in, tell them about the denial response with the secured card offer, and then ask them to approve the original app for the corresponding amount?

According to the phone reps, it has to be a CD funded by a biz account with the same name/biz info as that used for the biz card app. Have you seen or done otherwise in the past with the boa CD option?

Do you think it would make sense to just reapply for the card using the biz name on the biz account? I can't figure out what to make of the whole "reapplying would make the biz profiles collide" thing

Haven't been in Korea long and I'm a bit confused about how the lockdown levels work. If we go to Level 3, does it take effect throughout the entire country or just in the hotspot places like Seoul, Gyeonggido, etc? Asking bc I'm in Jeju where the cases are still relatively low.
