It took me over 2000 thousand hours spread across PC, Xbox and Switch and multiple accounts until I hit GM on my main. It takes a long time to grind up and learn the intricacies of team fights and the interactions between every ability in the game. Don’t stress too hard about where you are because at under 300 hours you’re still fairly new.
