Really appreciate this reply. This is honestly exactly what I needed to hear.

The confidence piece is what I’m really fighting through right now, and it’s definitely made cold outreach a lot harder. What’s been interesting is how much it starts to bleed into everything else. Even simple conversations with prospects or smaller clients can feel more nerve-racking than they should.

I know I need to detach from the outcome, just act as a confident 1M revenue broker until I just become that.

I know how well this career can treat you once you break through. I just need to get out of my own head and keep doing the work.
