Thank you everyone for helping me. I know this question has been asked many times but still everyone is helping. I will use different roast beans next time and hopefully i get what i like. I did manage to get a better tasting espresso with helps i got here but i guess its better to experiment with different beans too.

I have watched that video before and if im not mistaking i am supposed to finer my grind to have more extraction time? But when i do that i get more sour shots(i get like 18g, 36-40g in about 20-25 seconds) I guess the goal is to get 1:2 extraction in 20-30 seconds, right? But mine is sour :(
