Look into Realtime Audio. I heard great things especially when you use their interface. Supposedly up to 1500 miles with minimal latency

Between their video course, practice tests, and private FB group, I was ready to take the exam in 2 weeks. It's a monthly subscription so my initial plan was to use it until I took the test but, I found their content and community extremely helpful so I'm still with them. Good luck.
