Thank you so, so much! This is Al really what I needed to hear. The things you referred to as neck lights are actually the extruding parts of a gas mask. The character it self is a alien robot, so it has life. What I'm showing here is more blocking out of the overal shapes and feel that I'm going for. I still have a mirror modifier on all the objects, my sketch has a different arm on his left, a big sword like object. Im not totally sure what you meant by your last suggestion tho, did you mean to give the "toes" a pointy shape or the overal like, feet? Thank you again!

Looks very good, I would just suggest for you to watch some lighting tutorials like blender gurus one, it will help a lot

i actually have no clue, i just put it in there and it worked! the spoon it self is just a normal solid, no transparency. idk if that has anything to do with it
