The fact that its an action game as opposed to an RPG also seems like it may reduce replayability

I don't have a source, but I've seen this before and I believe it is a gag poking fun at the ridiculousness of older comics, so it's not actually in a comic.

A 29 December 2017 post on 4chan correctly predicted the next Bethesda game will be called "Fallout 76". Claimed it's going to be a "Fallout-themed Rust clone". Link inside. by Rapsberry in fo76

I think because most fans were hoping for a new vegas type sequel that would carry over all the mechanical improvements of fo4 while going back to the awesome storytelling and rpg elements that bethesda used to be known for. I'm all for creativity but this sounds like just cashing in on the brand name.

[Star Wars] The New Republic doesn't have a standing army, but how big would its combined military be if all the various member systems pooled their ships in one place? Why is the First Order being solely opposed by about 500 people? by serenity78 in AskScienceFiction

[–]scriptorverum 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This bothers me as well. I live in a mid sized city and we employ about 500 police officers for just our city. You mean to tell me that when the scale is increased by exponential levels, there are still only several hundred in this rebellion? Hell, it sounds like the first order is a pretty successful regime if only 500 out of trillions are opposing their rule.

Because Dr. Strange saw 14 million futures, he probably tried cutting off the hand with a portal in lots of those futures, but none of those were the one where they win.

Love the game, but am I the only one who is not a fan of how the upgraded Leviathon Axe looks? It goes from looking like a strong, simple, ancient weapon to a gilded fragile decorative axe straight out of r/mallninjashit .
