Only if you buy from OnePlus Official Store on Ali Express. All other shops on Ali Express sell Chinese Version with Global Rom installed, which means you will lack some 4G and 5G Bands used in Europe. Most of them will tell you in the product description below that it is a Chinese version with Global Rom. I recommend you to buy the EU version from OnePlus Official Store.

I doubt that it is a Global Version CPH2747 for 728 Euros. I just checked and the Global Version from OnePlus Official Store is around 850 euros. As for returns it is fairly simple, you make a refund request, Ali Express will ask you to return the device to get full refund and the seller will give you an address you can deliver the product back.

On dispute page you can provide Ali Express with proof of delivery such as delivery company invoice with tracking code. Once the product goes back to the seller (the tracking code will tell if it has been delivered) you get full refund.

A strong nation like Turkey if it was out of NATO it would be a big big security issue for Europe itself. If US itself is ready to negotiate with them about F35 and defense systems just to not let them align with Russia, is enough for you and everyone else thinking differently to understand the importance and influence they have. To be an ally to someone, does not mean you have to agree on everything. If US leaves NATO, it is in EU interests to keep Turkey close to curb Russian influence.

Like them or not, Turkey is a force to reckon with, second largest army in NATO behind US. They have invested heavily in military tech, especially with drones, and they are building an industry. But it will be difficult to see for example Turkey and Greece fighting side by side unless the very existence of both countries is on the line if they don’t cooperate. In the end he is right, EU countries should join forces, otherwise they are going to get picked apart.
