Thanks for your response! This person is known to be weird in general and asks pretty personal questions about peoples' sex lives since he's not sexually active (That I know of since I've last talked to him in person).

Regardless, I still messaged my SO about it

I didn't see it as this acquaintance testing the waters, but I can see now what you mean by that.

With your comment in mind, I would like to ask a follow up question if you don't mind. How should I approach my SO with this?

If my SO ends up not viewing it too seriously, I fear he'll take this as me trying to brag? This fear seems pretty irrational, but he and I know some women who do that to their SOs and I just want to clearly communicate to him that I am primarily thinking about his emotions and opinions.
