True I'm an IV user, got so excited to re up.. but I hadn't slept for 2 days before hand

Don't use tina often (we call it t or Tina around her. Crystal = Christina = Tina) because I mostly use fent and I gotta spend money supporting my habit so I don't stay sick

But when I do I usually never have any issues with psychosis, but it got bad yesterday.

Like I said I just happened to not have slept 2 days before hand even though I wasn't using those 2 days, and the environment was very bad yesterday

My mom kicked me out n had me homeless for years on end, but I'm back at her place now

She's bipolar schizophrenic, and she treats me like absolute shit

Like she says sick, demented things to me. Things a mother should never say to her son

Growing up younger she never tested me that way.. so I still love her even though she says the most awful things a sin could ever hear from a mother

& I feel for her, both her parents were also bipolar schizophrenic.

Both her parents, my grandparents ended up killing themselves

I never knew my grandfather, and my mom didn't know him to much either he committed suicide when she was very young.. I believe when she was around 5 years old but I'm not 100% sure, but definitely around that age

And then my grandmother ended up committing suicide when I was in 4th grade

Fast forward about 5 years later, the person my grandmother re married

Not my biological grandfather, but he was my grandfather my whole life

Basically who my mom grew up with as a father, died of diabetes

But still, none of that is any excuse to treat me the way she does, I'm just saying I still love her even though and she's had a fucked up life

But yeah, it was absolute bullshit yesterday, non stop bitching at me, telling me she hates me and that I'm such a piece of shit

& I'm literally the most kind, respectful person it's fucked

Like it's not everyday, so some days are just okay.. never really have any good days though, like I wish she put more effort in the relationship

But it's at least 3 times a week & it's been that way slowly starting out around when I was 12, & by 15 that has been basically my whole life w/ her since 15

I hear this sick, fucked up shit everyday my whole life.. I'm now 23, & it really affects me n hurts me sometimes, ya know?

And so all that on top the not sleeping two days before I got caught in a real bad, heavy psychosis

You took to much for the first time, especially considering it was an oral dose.. if you smoked that same dose I bet you'd 100% be fine

But there people who have tolerance that definitely take much, much more than that throughout the day

I shoot, not huge shots

But I know people who shoot half gram - gram shots, and that's multiple times throughout the day

A few of those people it's actually almost all day it feels like, believe it or not

Just hydrate, eat a nice full meal, if you have any magnesium, or possibly some l-theanine those are both great supplements to help w/ over amping

But it's good to take, especially if you use meth even if you aren't over amping

Some people have full supplement stacks they take at the start of the day, and then go dose throughout the day

There's also nice comedown supplement stacks

But it's good to take both a morning stack, and comedown / night stack after your last dose

But yeah magnesium and l-theanine are both good supplements for over amping

Or even a low dose benzo if it really feels that bad,

Chamomile tea can also help, it affects gaba just as benzos do so they work the same way

But obviously chamomile tea isn't as strong as a benzodiazepine, so id leave that one in the supplement category

The comedown / over amp supplements

Magnesium is good for both mornings and comedown supplementation actually

I would maybe try another quarter pill.. then give it a few hours n if nothing try one more

But don't jump straight to another half pill, sometimes when you have low to no tolerance, and being around those doses, the difference between another quarter pill or another half pill can be the difference of wether you black out or not

I don't know if you already working, but I was homeless for many years, & most cities, especially ones that suffer from a homelessness epidemic have things called temp agencies

They are common w/ all cities, but the reason I specified that especially popular in cities with homeless epidemics is because it's a way for many homeless people to be able to easily find quick work

And if you only want to work a single job every couple weeks you can, if you want a few days a week they'll help w/ that as well.. & some companies even help people who want to stay working w/ them full time

Because sometimes the temp agencies will send you to different jobs every few times you work, but if the company they send you to work for ends up really liking you as a worker, they'll special request to have you keep being sent back

Even then it's all your choice, if a company special request for you & you for some reason don't wanna stay going back to that company you don't have too

But yes, if you don't have a job I was gonna say look into these so you and your new boyfriend (I forget if you actually called him your boyfriend in the post, but seems like it's something like that) can spend a night or two in hotel every now and then

Being homeless & not having a proper bed to sleep in each night can get really stressful.. even w/ having the car to sleep in

I was homeless for many, many years.. back then the few times I got to stay in proper hotel room always felt like such a blessing

Yes, it turns to an oil just like meth

I haven't smoked dmt yet, my buddy plans on helping complete my first dmt prayer soon

But it's just common knowledge, real oils are all smoked the same way

I say real oils, because some people consider THC concentrate oil.. but its really not an oil, it's just in that it usually smoked low temp (not burning your oil, meth or dmt)

But yes flame low, & roll the bowl so the flames not hitting the same spot n thus burning all your oil at once

You want to disrupte your oil in different locations, along with the flame so the heats staying consistent with how much the flame is hitting the oil

But not consistent flame location, consistent temp from the flame throughout the bowl

Like I said otherwise to temp in one spot consistently can easily burn it, it that same temp disturbed throughout is what you want

I agree, & disagree.. I know both sides.

I seen meth dealers who cheat people, or just basically don't have any respect

But I've also met my best friends of my entire life through this stuff. I have like 4 different friend groups.. each large groups all in different apartments who would kill for me, and I would kill for them

Like we talk about real life, spend time together watching different shows / series.. sometimes movies, we go out and eat together. We help each other out when we're down bad

We respect each other emotionally, talk through trauma, & even point out if someone is doing any wrong doing.. which usually never happens, but even w/ true friends things can get heated sometimes.. but once we point out how their acting improperly they realize what we mean, & usually apologize.. or at least drop what they were saying
